1. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
   
   The use of this website is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy found on our main site. Click here to review these Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
2. ONLINE BOOKING
   
   All registration information is held in the strictest confidence and will be sold, rented or published for any purposes. All financial transactions are conducted through our payment processing company, Authorize.net. This company is a secure payment processor and is responsible for managing your credit card transaction. Staley Training Systems, Inc. is NOT responsible in any way for transactions that occur on Authorize.net. All transactions inquiries should be directed to Authorize.net.
   
   
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
   
   Due to the nature of Bed & Barbell, we are unable to provide refunds on reservations. If you are unable to stay during your scheduled reservation, we are happy to reschedule that for you at a time when you are able to attend or provide credit towards other goods and services from Staley Training Systems, Inc.
   
   
4. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE BED & BARBELL
   
   You are solely responsible for all transportation costs to and from the "Bed & Barbell" accomodations. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, rental cars, bus transportation, taxi fares, airport shuttles and train tickets. You agree that transportation is NOT included in the price of your stay at the "Bed & Barbell".
   
   
5. DURING YOUR STAY AT THE BED & BARBELL
   
   You are solely responsible for all personal expenses while staying at the "Bed & Barbell." This includes food, entertainment, transportation and personal items. Some complimentary items have been provided for your use (i.e. towels, bedding, utensils, dishes, furniture) and must remain at the "Bed & Barbell" when you complete your stay.
   
   
6. TRAINING VIDEOS, BOOKS AND DVD'S
   
   We have provided complimentary trainining videos, books and DVD's for your use while staying at the "Bed & Barbell". These items are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute training advice. These items are property of Staley Training Systems, Inc. and must remain at the "Bed & Barbell" when you complete your stay.
   
   
7. UNSUPERVISED USE OF THE TRAINING EQUIPMENT
   
   While staying at the "Bed & Barbell", you will have unsupervised access to all the training equipment. Use of this training equipment unsupervised is completely AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not assume any liability for training performed unsupervised by a member of our staff. By booking your stay, you agree that all unsupervised training is done at your own risk. In addition, all training equipment must remain at the "Bed & Barbell" when your stay is complete.
   
   
8. GUESTS, CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY
   
   You agree that guests who have not registered to stay at the "Bed & Barbell" will not be permitted into the "Bed & Barbell". We cannot assume responsibility for guests. Also, children and pets are not permitted to stay at the "Bed & Barbell".
   
   
9. PERSONAL CONDUCT DURING YOUR STAY AT THE BED & BARBELL
   
   You agree to abide by reasonable standards of personal conduct while staying at the "Bed & Barbell". This includes maintaining basic cleanliness of the accomodation and respect for all property and items inside and outside the "Bed & Barbell". You also agree to respect the privacy and the "peace" of the neighborhood in your conduct. Conduct deemed unsuitable by Staley Training Systems, Inc. will result in cancellation without refund of remaining accomodation and training sessions.
   
   
10. PHOTOGRAPHIC, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS OF TRAINING SESSIONS
    
    All training session recordings (including photography, audio and video), unless otherwise arranged, are property of Staley Training Systems, Inc. and may be used for promotional or educational purposes. You may choose to opt-out of having your likeness, comments or training sessions used for promotional or educational purposes.
    
    
11. USE OF WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION
    
    A non-password protected wireless Internet connection is available at the "Bed & Barbell". We assume no responsibility for content you may encounter online while staying with us. We do not have content filters installed. You assume full responsibility for the security of your own data and computer while staying at the "Bed & Barbell". We do not guarantee a functioning Internet connection, though we will go to reasonable lengths to ensure a connection is available during your stay.
    
    We DO NOT provide a computer for you to use while staying at the "Bed & Barbell." It is your responsibility to bring your own computer if you wish to access the wireless Internet connection. Any use of the wireless Internet connection for illegal (including but not limited to spamming) or defamatory purposes will result in cancellation without refund of remaining accomodation and training sessions.
    
    
12. USE OF APPLIANCES AND KITCHEN
    
    Appliances are provided for your use, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We will go to reasonable lengths to ensure these appliances are available for your use during your stay. We do not assume any liability for your use of these appliances with your personal items.
